Harmony Heights Elementary

Solterre Design acted as the LEED Consultant for the Harmony Heights Elementary School, a single-storey 2,200 square meter building serving 27 full time staff and 368 P-5 students. Constructed consisted of a structural steel internal frame for the mechanical penthouse, a wood truss roof frame and a tilt-up concrete envelope. This 10.9 million dollar project first opened its doors in the fall of 2008 and is targeting a LEED certified rating.
